Civitas was engaged in 2017 to work with Architectus, Beca and others on comprehensive master plans for the St Kentigern Primary School and St Kentigern College campuses in Remuera and Pakuranga respectively.
This required a review of development proposed and/or able to occur within the surrounding areas, the development potential of the two campuses, and the likely planning issues and risks associated with various options for development of the sites.
Civitas was also engaged to advise the Trust Board on the development potential and options for rezoning of the St Kentigern Girls’ School campus (also in Remuera) to aid a decision on what to do with that campus, and assist in valuing the campus.
The master plans for the Primary School and College campuses were adopted by the Trust Board in 2018, with work now underway on giving effect to the Primary School plan, and work on the College to follow. See separate project listings for the first projects underway at the Primary School.
