With a lease coming to its end, and a desire to have security of tenure, the Ponsonby Cosmetic Medical Centre was on the hunt for new premises.

As a “local” within the area of interest to PCMC, Civitas was well placed to advise on the pros and cons of potential sites, from both an ownership and occupation perspective, and the consent processes required to establish there.

We subsequently obtained resource consent and a signs bylaw dispensation to relocate the business to College Hill, Freemans Bay, working closely with Council to achieve flexibility for the operation of the business while protecting the amenity of adjacent residential neighbours.
