Civitas was engaged by Synergy Properties to advise on the resource management implications of converting the southern half of the BMW
complex from ancillary parking and vehicle servicing to an office building.
We were subsequently engaged to manage the resource consent process for that redevelopment. This required the coordination of the architectural, civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape and arborist inputs and preparation of a comprehensive planning application. We then worked closely with Council to assist them to a non-notified approval.
