This project presented a number of interesting challenges including multiple district plan changes, numerous non-compliances, resistance from some parts of Council, issues with network utility providers and attempts to run interference by trade competitors.

Civitas was engaged to brief and coordinate the various consultants providing input to the project, prepare the application and assist the process to an appropriate conclusion.

It was an application that required patience and persistence but ultimately resulted in a very positive outcome for the client.
