Home Base Botany Retail Centre

Civitas were the lead consultants responsible for securing multiple resource consents for the initial and subsequent further development of the Home Base Botany retail centre.

This large format retail centre adjacent to Te Irirangi Drive was initially constructed in 2005 with further development in successive years to meet market demand and adjust the tenancy mix.

The consenting processes have required extensive collaboration with the client and the architectural, engineering, traffic and landscape consultants and a positive working relationship with Council officers.
