De Paul House provides emergency accommodation and social services designed to give resident families a safe environment within which they
can re-group as a family, address some of their issues and up-skill so that they have the confidence and ability to live an independent and
sustainable life again. De Paul House also supports numerous families through its outreach programme.
This project involved the construction of a pre-school, an adult education centre and an extension to the existing emergency housing to provide additional and more suitable accommodation for families.
The project required consultation with neighbours and careful consideration of heritage, traffic and residential amenity effects.
