Set on a steep, cross-lease site, and located within a “special character” zone appreciated for its spacious, tree-filled qualities and Victorian/Edwardian homes, achieving consent to enlarge and update this townhouse with a striking contemporary look was always going to be a challenge. But we like a challenge!
